I belive that Hirsch belive that you should have backround info about what you are studying before you are able to to read some thing and gain a great understanding of what it is about .The unspoken—that is, relevant background knowledge—is absolutely crucial in reading a text". I understand and agree with Hirsch becuase if you know a little about what you are ready before you just have to read it helps you understand the little things that they dont get ito much details bout and everything make a lot of since. I really do agree with Hirsch.

Sizer

Sizer belive that a teacher teach the students something but the give them the time to think about things on their own and understand things on their own."If the school cannot help a child to become intellectually free, that child is profoundly at risk". i agree with him also because if you are always just telling students some thing and you don't give them time to time on their own the won't ever be able to think alone.

I Think both Hrich and Sizer ideas make a lot of since and i don't no witch one i agree with more.

sometime school can better a person in school and out, at home a person might not get the push they need to do better,but when they attend shool they will get the push they need from friends and from the teachers. facts were bought upp that people say school can help people become skinner, or have higher aim for everything not just thing in school. I think this is because when you are in school you are always trying to keep up with other people. Like when you have a group of friend that are always getting good grads you will try to keep up with them and get good grads, or when you have a group of friends that are well dress you will try to get up and be well dress. I think this is a good thing because the people that are around you are always pushing you with you really knowing it.
I think obama thalking about school was a good thing because he was speacking on staying in school. The probelm is that i don't think a lot of people saw it, because i know i didn't see . when you hear some body talking about school you don't really want to hear it because you dont care. when some one is talking about a celeb or some less important every one is all ears. I think as teens we care more about thing that don't really matter and play close attention to things that do .

Part A ) I could not go back and do add to 41 because i changed my question, at first i was looking at how can a teacher student relationship impacted the the success of a student, because i saw how good i was doin in math class back in middle school when it seemed that the teaher really cared about the student, compared to now when it seem that the teacher does not care about you personaly and only there to do their job. I thought that was i topice i could i could really connect to but but i found a new topice . I want to talk about race in school, between student an student as well as students an teacher, i want to look into how it affects the success of the students. This is something that i want to talk about because i feel this is a problem that i'm going through now and will have for the rest of my life.

Part B ) Race in school can affect the success of a student, in ways that makes them stronger and have more success or in a way that can tear them down and may want them to give up.

Race in school is a big deal, because it was a big part of our history . It's also still affecting student to this day. It important to me because it was something i never understood about school. I didnt understand why all my friends in school where black . All the white kids stuck together and all the black kids stuck together. I also didn't understand why all the teachers in my school for the longest were white and how it would affect or if it would affect me at all .
